Your vacation villa is on the 4th floor in the Beach Tower facing the Disney Aulani side (Villa # BT404). The Beach Tower is closer to the beach and quieter than the Ocean Tower. Note free parking with dedicated underground parking is included for one car. Second car can be parked in the resort's outdoor common parking lot for a flat fee of $25 paid directly to the resort.
Quiet and unobstructed views of the ocean and mountains from your relaxing, serene, spacious lanai! Ideal place to escape and work and/or school remotely -- equipped to make you productive and rejuvenated.

NEW APPOINTMENTS IN THE VILLA
As of October 2024, the villa has brand new stylish dining room table and side board, coffee table and TV Credenza making the villa feel even more like your luxurious home.
Plus the living room is appointed with new luxurious living room furniture: a sofa (that can be turned into a comfy queen size sleeper sofa) and two chairs with ottomans for each.
Other new appointments include new stacked washer/dryer, a dual dishwasher and generous size smart TV's in each room.

The villa is appointed with new luxurious living room furniture that includes a queen size sleeper sofa and two chairs with ottomans for each. If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know so we can point you to a video showing how to assemble the bed and protective covering and sheet to use (which are stored inside the innovative couch).
